Why I fit a Senior Manager, BI role

Illustrative data: 10 synthetic tickets. The point is real: the same tickets give different answers depending on the rules, which is why I require side-by-side validation and the business owner's sign-off before any logic change reaches an executive scorecard.
Illustrative annual scenario: 190 requests × 30 hours = 5,700 hours of demand; 2.5 full-time equivalents × 1,680 request-delivery hours = 4,200 hours of capacity. These assumptions illustrate a 1,500-hour gap and do not reproduce internal staffing or cost data. Options are alternatives, not additive commitments.
